Either do awesome and full vocal acting or don’t do it at all. Don’t underestimate the power of music and sound effects. Good visuals can’t turn bad story into a good Visual Novel. I just wish sprite had released more VNs.6 Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star- … I wouldn't say it's one of my favorite VNs, but I really enjoyed it a lot. The story does get a bit wild in points, and the H-scenes feel there for the sake of it. If you don't like Chisato (and it seems a lot of people don't), it can be pretty offputting. TBH even the anime (which I wouldn't recommend before reading the VN) manages to blend all the routes into something coherent and interesting, but sadly does spoil the routes by doing so. Koichoco gave you 100 too but it's much shorter. I've noticed in tone works' VNs for example that you get 100 save slots and that's not nearly enough. Also a small thing but there were plenty of save slots compared to the length. I am also a fan of the forced first route method, and making it Chisato's is a bit of a risky play but I think it works overall - you start to understand why once you read the VN. The soundtrack is fantastic and has a lot of really good tracks in it. The "cartoony" art style is distinctive and works really well (with the music) to sell the atmosphere. I also liked that it wound up handling some pretty serious themes, and the VN did as a whole, too. A lot of the time you'll have a VN instead forget its main premise (and much of anything else) once you get to the heroine routes, but the election is still important. The student council election premise is borne from something realistic, and it does handle it in an interesting way. It gets a bad rap, but it does quite a few things well. There is so much stuff behind the wall of the first run.
Everyone of them add a layer at your view of the "in-game world". Joke aside I really enjoy it in every run. Join me and go read it, we have cookies, drama, petite and "well-armed" waifu.
